True New Mexican

Christopher had Posole for the first time. For those of you wondering what Posole is. Posole "Hominy" is a traditional Mexican dish from the pacific coast region of Jalisco. A thick soup that's usually made with white corn, pork, garlic, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, and broth. We eat it with Red Chili and pork but Christopher preferred it without the Chili. Elizabeth ate some but not as much as Christopher. I attached a link to give you more info on Posole.
